Went to my meeting this morning & went down 0.8# I was expecting a little more but it's better than gaining so I'll take it. AF is also here so I'm sure if she wasn't here it would've been a little better. I'm so glad to be back on the right path!
Today's meeting would've been helpful a few weeks ago. We discussed how to stay on track during vacation.
Now off to do some grocery shopping for the week.....
